Users may continue to use certain elements of the Website (such as browsing merchandise or the photo gallery), however, specific sections of the Website will not be accessible without personal information (such as consigning merchandise or booking appointments).

Ocurent protects personal information via physical, organizational and technological measures. Personal information is kept in log files, hard copy files, and other records, on behalf of the User, and is only accessible to internal team members, solely to carry out their prescribed job functions. Information stored in log files may include IP addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and other information.
Users may also have the ability to update or remove their personal information by logging into the Website and editing personal information within their profile (once this function becomes available to the Website). However, Ocurent may keep archival or backup copies of personal information, and in the event that issues arise in the editing process, Ocurent will not be held responsible.
